Tonight was the christening of the new screen I built for Bold Tendencies on the roof of Peckham car park aka Franks Cafe. The event was hosted by Rachel Marshall and Lydia Skawinski-Shearer. Great animation. Great music by Super Best Friends Club. Great food. Great screen on a budget. Great weather.

Catch of the Day

I'm going to start sharing my best finds under the label 'Catch of the Day'.

Today's find is from a skip on Nutbrook St, SE15. A good solid chair that has plenty of life left in it yet.

I have made the move to twitter and come up with the catchy username of 'twitaskip'. It makes it very easy to pass on information about skips you have seen. In fact I think it would be fair to say you could do it from the comfort of your mobile phone. Simply tweet the location of the skip and what's in it and mention twitaskip (i.e. type '@twitaskip') so that I can see whats being tweeted too. I can also add it to the blog, add photos, or indeed raid the skip myself.
